Mould & Bacteria Testing
At ENCO we assess each case individually to save you time and money.
For example, if mould growth is present you may not require sampling.
A majority of mould problems can be identified by an experienced Mould Investigator via a visual inspection.
Probable Sources of moisture are identified, the degree of visible mould growth is established, odours, water stains and other indicators are easily found.
Using ENCO’s moisture meters, we can quickly detect elevated moisture levels in walls, floors and ceilings.
Our Moisture meters also have penetrating probes to measure the internal moisture of building materials. The meters assess if the building materials can be successfully dried (non-porous) or require removal and replaced with new materials.
In water damage situations the moisture in the air is connected to the moisture content in the building materials.
By assessing and tracking moisture content in the air simultaneously with the building materials, we can manage the mechanical drying process to ensure all moisture is removed out of the building materials.
DETAILED MOULD & BACTERIA INVESTIGATION:
Airborne Sampling to Identify Mould Growth
Practical Sampling to conclude Mould Species that are actively growing.
Sample analysis takes up to 7 days due to incubation time.
This provides detailed information on the species origin, potential health implications, the volume of water damage, and time frame of the water damage.
We give detailed information on how to remediate the type of fungal growth that is present.
ENCO’S experience in project management, alongside our detailed scope of works, gives you the confidence that the job will be completed on time and within budget.
